Not microlearning.
Not a workshop.
Not a training program.

Peaq Microexperiences™ are bite-sized, on-the-job actions completed in the flow of real work to change behavior and drive real business outcomes.

Example Microexperiences

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Use the cross-team dependencies template to identify your team’s #1 at-risk dependency, then book 30 minutes with the other team lead. Use the prompts to surface what they know, what could get in the way, and what each side needs. Close with one thing you’ll both do to mitigate the risk.

Empowerment & Letting Go

Identify a decision you always make and transfer it to someone on your team. First, define the outcome that marks a good decision regardless of option chosen. Then tell them directly: name the decision, share the desired outcome, and confirm you’re there to support them, not to correct them.

These are generic examples. Your program is built around your culture, language, and strategic priorities.

A process, not an event.

Adapt

So each participant makes it their own, not a generic assignment.

Apply

So development happens on the job, not in a class or offsite.

Reflect

So experiences become habits that stick, not forgotten ideas.

Collaborate

So participants learn from one another's experience, not just their own.

Horizontal and vertical development, at scale.

The only system that brings vertical development into the workplace to drive meaningful change in people, teams, and entire organizations.
